🏅To commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the bravery shown by so many on that day of days, I’ve edited a short cinematic tribute to their heroism.

🎖️I used stock video of battlefield reenactments from #EnvatoElements and added dynamic camera shake, muzzle flashes, heavy grain and scratches, plus a Band of Brothers-inspired colour grading using wartime LUTs in #FCPX

🏅The edited soundtrack is layered with battlefield SFX and a military score, with the main feature being the order issued by Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower to encourage Allied soldiers taking part in the D-day invasion on June 6, 1944.
